Current vacancy:

Job Title: Customer Service and Office Administration

Job type: Full time

Report to: Manager

Location: Hohe Bleichen 5, 20354 Hamburg

Main Responsibilities:

1.Customer Services:

– Customer enquiries for container supply and redelivery

– Handling general customer enquiries

– Issuing release references for lease and sale bookings

– Liaising with UES/GVCT container depots

– Compiling and evaluating stock, customer activity and depot performance reports

– Chasing accounts receivables and any other outstanding amounts

– Maintain general files and records

– Operational clearance / Maintenance and Repair handling

2.Assisting with container sales:

– Compiling and distributing sales inventory stock reports when Sales manager unavailable

– Container inventory management / EDI error management

– Assist with sales offers to customers

3.System maintenance and data analysis

– Assist the manager with compilation and analysis of management reports

4.General office administration and reporting

– Ordering and maintaining office supplies

– Collating and preparing invoices for payment and processing by external accountant

– Regular liaison with Hamburg office accountants

– Regular contact with office suppliers, such as landlord, cleaner, cell phone provider, IT provider etc.

– Ensuring office documents are filed and documented as required

– Responsible for organizing exhibition & events

– Close communication with HR & Admin department in HQ

– Other tasks as required

Required Skills/Experience:

1.Bachelor degree level education or equivalent preferred

2.At least 2 years customer service or office administration related experience

3.Excellent communication and coordination skills

4.Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

5.Languages: German and English essential (written and verbal)
