We may also collect information from candidates who apply for positions we advertise on LinkedIn or other social media and on recruitment sites. The data collected on this occasion enables us to select candidates and, as the case may be, to contact them.

3. Who has access to your personal data ?

Personal data collected on our website may be communicated to our authorized personnel or service providers.

We ensure that only those persons authorized to use your personal data by virtue of their functions and duties are permitted to do so.

When UES uses third-party service providers, they act as subcontractors according to our instructions and on our behalf.

4. How long do we retain your personnel data ?

We retain personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes of each of the uses referred to above.

The data collected in the contact form of our website are kept for the time necessary to respond to your request, and in any event for a maximum of one (1) year if the request is not followed up. If this request leads to a commercial relationship, the data is then transferred to our company’s customer file.

Data relating to unsuccessful applicants is kept for up to six (6) months after the recruitment process has been completed. Data on successful applicants will be transferred to our company’s employee file.

5. What are your rights ?

You have the right to access your personal data.

You also have the right to request the correction of any personal data concerning you that is incorrect, and the restriction of its use until such time as it has been corrected. You also have the right, depending on the nature of their use, to request that personal data in our possession be completed.
